Ingredients such as cream, sugar, and nonfat milk look okay for humans, but cats have a completely different digestive system. Cats are obligate carnivores, so, they require meat to survive.
Kittens have a special enzyme that allows them to digest their mother’s milk. As they grow, they can no longer drink that milk. Lactose in dairy products is indigestible and leads to diarrhea in cats.
Although this whipped cream is lactose-free, it’s still not a good idea for your cat, since it’s full of plant-based ingredients that she won’t be able to digest.
Small amounts of whipped cream probably won’t cause major problems in your cat. But, this product can cause obesity in her, which is the most frequently observed nutritional issue in felines.
